Corporate Communications / Media Relations

We are happy to provide journalists and other media contacts with timely information about Furkids Inc. products and projects and news.  Product samples and detailed information on our products are readily available to journalists and media contacts. If you're working on a feature involving greeting cards or social stationary products, animal rescue or another topic suited for Furkids, feel free to contact us for further information and Furkids product samples.

Ordering

Placing an order

Shop
Select the “Shop” tab in the navigation menu at the top of any page.  When you highlight the “Shop” tab a drop-down appears with further topics to narrow your selection.  Select one of these sub-tabs to browse/navigate further.  All tabs and sub-tabs every tab and sub-tab has further areas of the site mapped out down the left-hand side.

Search
Enter a keyword, phrase or item name into the “Search” field and click the paw print.

Shopping Bag
When you click on the image or title of an item, you will be taken to the product page.  Here you will find the product details where you can click “ADD TO BAG” to have the item added to your Shopping Bag.  The number of items in your Shopping Bag is shown at the top of every page.  From any page, you can always click on the Shopping Bag and view the items you have added. 

Checkout
When you click “Checkout” you will be able to review your items, make changes to your selections, add a gift message to your order and continue shopping.  You can sign in to your account or continue as a Guest and complete a form with your billing, shipping and payment information.  Upon competition of your order, an order confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders with a billing address of New Jersey.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network.

Order Confirmation
After completing your transaction, an e-mail containing your order information will be sent to the e-mail address you’ve provided.

Inventory Status
Inventory status is updated regularly on our website.  Items are shipped on a first come, first serve basis.

Gift Message
One free gift message of up to 12 words is available with each order.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping Policies

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours. Any product specific amendments to delivery times are noted on product detail pages.  Furkids ships worldwide with delivery within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories and Internationally.  Shipping rates will vary depending on your order weight and delivery destination.  Most Web retailers set shipping fees based on the overall price of the order and not the true cost to ship the order.  Furkids Inc. aims to minimize shipping rates and save customers excessive shipping fees imposed by 90% of Web retailers.  Actual shipping costs are determined by weight, delivery distance and transport time and this is how the shipping cost on any Furkids order will be calculated.  For your convenience, we have included a shipping fee calculator where you can view your shipping rate before placing your order.  Before you checkout, enter the delivery destination zip code or postcode into the appropriate “Calculate Shipping” field and press the paw print to view your shipping rate prior to checkout.

Returns

Furkids Inc. gladly accepts merchandise for return up to 30 days from delivery date when items are sent back in the original unopened packaging.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  The original packing slip and completed return form must be sent with any returned merchandise in order to process your return.  We highly recommend that you make a copy of the original packing slip and completed return form for your records.  Please include all required paperwork so as not to delay the return process.

Sale items are final sale.  Clearance, sale and special items cannot be returned for a refund. These sales are final.

Adjustments must be made to the credit card that was used to make the purchase; we cannot make an adjustment to another credit card.  Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to post to your account.

We are not responsible for uninsured packages. Please sufficiently insure your return.

Exchanges 

To arrange an exchange of merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.FUR.0557.

Gift Recipients

Returns on merchandise received as a gift is subject to the same return policy as purchased merchandise.  Should you need to return a gift, please follow the above return instructions.   A store credit will be issued for all gift returns.

Defective and Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your order upon delivery.  Should your order be incorrect or contain damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service.  All damaged and incorrect orders must be reported to our Customer Service department within 7 days from delivery date. We will replace or refund your purchase due to material defects or damages in instances where the carrier is not responsible. Please retain a copy of the packing slip and your invoice. To return damaged or incorrect items, please contact Customer Service at 1.800.FUR.0557.

International Customers

Our international customers should contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.FUR.0557 to make arrangements for returns and exchanges.
